CLASSES
NEWS / INFO (AT A GLANCE)
Our class and demos are performed in a way that makes it an accessible and cost effective hobby to get involved with. With all our classes (unless otherwise stated), you need never bring any of your own equipment.
WE SUPPLY:
everything that is needed from one class to the next. Whether it be brushes, modelling paste, food colourings etc, it's all here for you to use and is included in the price of the classes listed here.
REFRESHMENTS:
Tea and coffee is readily available at no extra cost. All full day classes require you to bring a packed lunch.
CLASS TIMES:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins, to ensure a prompt start.
EQUIPMENT:
All equipment is provided on our courses.

COURSES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING.
If for any reason we have to cancel a class and it does not run, we will issue a full refund for all bookings.

Cake Covering class
Monday 8th September - 13th October (6 week class)
7.00pm - 9.30pm - £79.00
Please bring along an 8inch round fruit cake. (we can provide you with an 8inch fruit cake at £17.99 please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class.)
You will be taught how to cover the cake with marzipan and sugarpaste to a professional finish.
The course will cover many different teqniques, you will also decorate the cake with 3d flowers, learn how to dust, paint etc, this is a very popular course.
Cake Covering class
Tuesday 9th September - 14th October (6 week class)
7.00pm - 9.30pm - £79.00

Orchids
Thursday 11th September - 16th October (6 week class)
7.00pm - 9.30pm - £79.00
All equipment and ingredients will be provided.
In this class we will be covering 2 different types of Orchids, the Cymbidium Orchid and the Phalaenopsis orchid (Moth) we will wire each set of Orchids to a single stem.
Roses
Saturday 13th September (1 day class)
10.00am - 4.00pm - £45.00
There are many different pastes and ways to make sugar roses.
This class will cover these roses suitable for cakes, cookies, cup cakes, etc
Quick flowerpaste roses, Chocolate moulded roses, Sugarpaste moulded roses, roses for cupcakes and cookies.
Bride and Groom
Saturday 27th September (1 day class)
10.00am - 4.00pm - £45.00
Another popular modelling class, Both bride and groom will be modelled sat down, suitable for top tier of wedding cake.
Sponge Cake Demonstration
Saturday 4th October
10.00am - 11.30am (approx) - £5.00
Many sugarcrafters shy away from covering sponge cakes, if this is you, come along to this dem.
We will be demonstrating the tecniques of covering a sponge cake the professional way!!!

Roses
Saturday 18th October (1 day class)

Princess
Saturday 1st November (1 day class)

Another repeat of this very popular modelling class, we will model a delightful princess, complete with tiara, wand, and wings, this is suitable for all levels of sugarcrafters.
